浓香白酒粮香来源新研究

近期，由四川轻化大学Peiyao Yuan和Lijuan Gong为共同第一作者，题为“Research on the origin of the‘grain aroma”’in Nongxiangxing baijiu based on the flavor profile of steamed brewing grains（基于蒸煮酿造谷物风味特征的浓香型白酒“粮香”来源研究）”的文章在国际期刊《Food Chemistry: X》（IF=8.2）上发表。
